I have worked within the IT industry for over 15 years, specializing in large IT infrastructure systems and VoIP deployments.
Recently, I worked within a UK/Irish-based financial services organization, delivering a technology platform that caters to a dynamic and growing business. As an early adopter of Unified Communications, I focused on integrating pre-existing communications systems using Microsoft Office Communications Server, Microsoft Exchange, BlackBerry Mobile Voice Solution, and Nortel CS1000.
For the last 4 years, I've been working for a UK/Irish based financial services organisation, concentrating on delivering a robust, yet innovative IT service, working with key technology partners including Microsoft, BT & RIM on early technology adoption programs and technical case studies. I am a contributor for Microsoft's "Next Hop", a Unified Communications Portal run by the Office Communications Server product team and have been a guest speaker at a number of technology events including Microsoft’s "GetVirtualNow" and "Save Time.
